Features

Everything you need to create engaging learning.

Connect source materials, AI course creation, human editing, team review and delivery with clear versions at every step.

Create

Build content around your ideas

Choose from 60 blocks for text, images, audio, video, hotspots, branching scenarios and exercises. Drag them onto the canvas and bring your course design to life.

Engage

Make learning an active experience

Use prerequisites, completion rules and branching scenarios to shape learning paths. Every reading activity, video and question leads to a clear next step.

Deliver

Create once. Deliver where it matters.

Export SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 4th Edition or standalone offline packages. Deliver to your existing learning platform or distribute courses independently.

A shared course source library

Collect text, images and documents. Edit and confirm source versions, then search, compare and reuse them. When parsing is enabled, PDF, Word and PowerPoint files become text and page images.

AI course creation · Available now

Start from confirmed sources, review and edit an outline, then generate lessons and questions. Preview, compare and adopt the result, keep editing or regenerate selected content.

Team credits and budgets

Share team credits, set member limits and confirm a budget before each generation stage. Review usage records; credit packs and plans use manually reviewed top-ups.

A shared library of course blocks

Save established pages and their dependencies for your team. Preview and insert them into other courses, retaining the layout and learning rules.

Client review and publishing

Give clients a link to a fixed course version. Gather comments against pages, blocks or media timestamps, resolve the feedback and publish the version they reviewed.

Share course projects online

Share a course snapshot with any enabled site account and track recipients and usage. Recipients sign in to preview it and create editable copies in their own workspace.

Dedicated team workspaces

Keep courses, assets, question banks and build history separate by workspace, with room for both individual work and team projects.

Single-use team invitations

Invite collaborators with role-based links that expire after use. Bring the right people into your course creation team.

Question banks and exams

Organise single-choice, multiple-choice, open-ended and fill-in-the-blank questions. Import from Excel, assemble exams and configure assessment rules.

Drag, arrange and align

Automatic snapping helps you move, reorder and group content while keeping complex pages neatly structured.

Progress and resume tracking

Track completion across blocks, pages and courses. Save learning state so learners can pick up where they left off.

Responsive standalone player

Deliver the same course on desktops, tablets and phones, with content and interactions that adapt to each screen.

How it works

From your first idea to a finished course.

Prepare reliable sources, shape the learning experience with AI and the visual editor, then review and deliver. You approve the outline, generated content and final course.

  1. Build your course structure Collect text, images and documents in the team library and confirm reusable versions. Build your course structure or insert team blocks. Use selected sources to generate an outline you can edit.
  2. Make knowledge interactive Combine text, video, branching scenarios and questions. Generate lessons and questions, preview and adopt the result, then refine it. Create a fixed review version and resolve client feedback.
  3. Deliver to your learners Publish the reviewed version, export offline or SCORM packages and verify them in the destination environment. To hand off editable work, save and share an online course project with another creator.

FAQ

A few things to know before you start.

Learn how sources, AI course creation, human editing, collaboration and delivery work together.

Last updated

What is Zhiqivo, and who is it for?

Zhiqivo is an online course authoring and delivery platform for learning and development teams, learning designers and educators. Organise the course structure in a team workspace, create interactive content, set learning rules and deliver courses to learners or an existing learning platform.

How do I create a course with AI?

Review and confirm your source versions in the library, select the content to use and set a topic, audience and learning objectives. AI creates an editable outline first. Approve the budget to generate lessons and questions, then preview, compare and adopt the result. Continue refining it in the course editor.

Which source materials can I use?

The library accepts text, TXT files and images, plus original PDF, Word and PowerPoint documents. When parsing is enabled, documents become text and page images for you to review and confirm before course creation. Parsing currently covers the first N pages from page 1 and provides full-page images. Remove sensitive content you do not need before uploading.

How do AI credits work?

Credits belong to the team workspace, with member limits set by administrators. Approve a credit budget for each stage and settle according to actual usage. Calls already made still incur charges if generation fails or is cancelled. Manual edits and adopting existing results use no AI credits. Top-ups are manually reviewed; products and prices are shown in the workspace.

Do I need to code to create interactive courses?

No coding is needed for everyday course creation. Build your course, chapters and pages in the visual editor, then add text, images, audio, video, hotspots, branching scenarios and questions. Edit the content and set completion conditions directly in the editor.

Which SCORM formats are supported? Can I use my existing LMS?

Zhiqivo exports SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 4th Edition packages for learning management systems (LMS) that support those versions. LMS implementations vary, so verify launch, scores, completion and resume behaviour on your target platform before delivery.

Can learners study offline?

You can export offline packages for standalone distribution and learning. The standalone player handles course content, interactions and learning state. Any external websites or online services referenced by the course still require an internet connection.

Can I create question banks and exams?

Yes. Organise single-choice, multiple-choice, open-ended and fill-in-the-blank questions, or import them in bulk using an Excel template. Assemble exams from the question bank and configure passing scores, time limits, retakes and answer visibility.

How do team members create courses together?

Users can create courses in a default workspace and join multiple team workspaces. Single-use invitations assign member roles. Collaborators manage courses, assets and question banks within their workspace, while data stays separate between workspaces.

Can learners use a phone and resume a course later?

The responsive standalone player supports desktops, tablets and mobile devices. It aggregates progress across blocks, pages and courses and saves learning state. Resume behaviour depends on records saved in the delivery environment; local records in offline packages do not automatically sync across devices.

Can I reuse pages in other courses?

Yes. Save selected pages and their dependencies in the team course block library. Inserting a block creates an independent copy that uses the destination course theme and retains the saved layout and learning rules. Subsequent source changes or deleting the saved block do not affect copies already inserted.

Do clients need an account to review a course?

No. Create a fixed review version and issue a link valid for 1–90 days. Link holders enter their name to comment or reply against pages, blocks or audio/video timestamps. Your team resolves all open comments before publishing the snapshot. Comments become read-only after publication, and links can be revoked at any time.

Who can I share a course project with, and can I revoke access?

Use the username of any enabled site account, including someone outside your workspace. Once signed in, recipients can find the project in Shared with me and create an independent course using the same media. Source workspace members can view recipients, access status, copy counts and last use. Revoking access blocks the project and further copies; existing courses remain available. Saving, sharing and copying do not transfer media files again, although previews and playback still load them.

Your next course starts with a source.

Bring together what you know and turn it into an interactive learning experience in the visual editor.
